Great Seller - quick shipping - AAA+++

The iPod arrived in time for our granddaughter's 17th birthday, and was the perfect gift! We couldn't find any at this price in town. Of course, she never answers me when I call for her because of the wires coming out of her ears...but then, I think it's a sign that she's truly a teenager...Thank you (I think!)

It just keeps getting better

What can I say? I absolutely love this thing ! The new slimmer design is great and the amount of storage is mind boggling. The claim is that it can hold 30,000 songs and 25,000 photos or 150 hours of video ( somewhere around that ). First of all Im 40 and had a garage band when I was a teen and I do not know 30,000 songs and neither does anyone else. Whomever makes that claim is blowing hot air. I don't think even Dick Clark knows that many songs! Sound is nice and video quality is superb for such a tiny portable device. ( Spongebob looks and sounds great! lol ) If you do decide to buy it, I would protect it with a nice arm sleeve protective case made by DLO. Perfect for moving about, work, working out/etc and not having it in the way.

The 6th generation Apple iPod Classic is the latest in the original line of high capacity disk drive mp3 players released in the last decade. It provides elegant and powerful presentation of music, pictures and video to the end user.

*The new menu system is easily customizable and allows you to set the main menu to have whatever access features you want by checking the different categories you want displayed. Excellent Genius integration.

**Disk Drives have moving parts unlike the ipod Nano and Shuffle. This means that they are a little more prone to traveling issues from dropping, thumping and simply a lot of movement.

***The new menu system is based around Coverflow. This would be well and good and all, but the system cannot handle the speeds at which someone would use it, and therefore has to wait to fetch the album image data, leaving a bunch of question marks everywhere. It gets slower as you get more songs, which makes sense, but when you have a lot of capacity like this, you would expect apple to compensate somehow. The slower processor was probably to allow for the tremendous battery life.

Amazon? great company

Amazon's has never left me down. If I had to pick one aspect of this purchase that could have been better it would be that to make shipments by other than U.S. Postal service.

Nothing Special.

When I received my ipod it looked like it was in great condition. However, the wheel freezes for a few seconds every now and then which is very annoying and is a real pain when playing games. The games are very fun and the display image is a very nice picture. I was somewhat dissappointed to find out that the games from my old 30gb video ipod are not compatible with this. Also I am having trouble with my new ipod. On itunes it keeps saying it is corrup and needs to be restored.
