I love salsa and I love artichokes. When I saw this product at the store, I was immediately drawn to it. I could not wait to try it! It was absolutely delicious. It is mild, but there is a bit of kick to it. I served it at a family barbecue over the weekend, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. It took only 4 days to get through this 33.5 ounce jar. This will be a staple in my house!

Oh man, am I glad to find this stuff again. I became addicted when Costco carried it, and haven't been able to find it locally, since. It is great as a tapenade, but also mixed in scrambled eggs, as the filling for a quesadilla with cheese, and definitely with chips. Yum!
