Firepit is great looking

Shipping took about a week. When the product arrived a piece was broken. I called and a replacement piece was send which was received in a few days. Customer service was wonderful. Product looks great, We haven't had a cold night yet to put it to use, but it looks great on my patio.

Beautiful pit, excellent customer service from Uniflame

The pit looks great - just like in the picture. Sturdy construction and nice attention to detail. It's probably the best pit you can get for the money. However, the main reason why I'm writing this review is not because of the product, but what happened when I ordered. Yeah, I know this is supposed to be a product review, but bear with me.

FedEx had delivered the box in a sorry state. The deliveryman basically gave me a tattered ruin of a box and said sorry. When I opened it all up, the table was missing a leg and the mesh grille top was dented and mangled. Who do I call about this? FedEx? Amazon? Uniflame, or the distributor in Illinois? I decided to call Uniflame first - and I'm happy I did. Within three minutes I had ordered new parts for free, and was told to expect them within a few days. The customer service reps were extremely friendly and understanding - and trusting of their customers. What a company should be. Thanks!

Firepit

We are really happy with this firepit. It's very attractive and well built. Just got it a couple weeks ago and we've used it 3 times already. This is definately the one to get.

The box was somewhat beat up looking and I was worried there was damage but it was well packed and came out just fine. All the parts were there and I had it together before my husband got home from golfing. I just love it when I can put stuff together by myself (hate having to wait for someone else).

Gave it as a gift. They were very happy - looks better than the picture shows.

Excellent

I couldn't find one locally anywhere near this price. This one got great reviews and they were right. It arrived faster than promised and assembled easily and the slate matches the slate trim on my home. Fires in it are great. Super product.
