This parchment paper liner is made especially to steam dumplings, breads, fish and dim sum to keep from sticking to the steamer. Can be used with both Bamboo or Metal Steamers.

Time saver

Anything that cuts my time standing in the kitchen is a godsend. I ordered several packs, cheaper than my local kitchen store by quite a lot.

GREAT idea & product!!

I have to say what a great product! I have been steaming for many years using cabbage as a liner for the steamer, the cabbage worked ok but was messy and I personally don't like cabbage. Once I used Helen's liners I was convinced! The dumplings came out moist and delicious. Even my husband steams now since its such an easy clean up with the liners!

I also used it last week for steamed fish and my kids loved it (they never eat fish!)
