Ice wine grapes must be picked when the temperature is minus 8 degrees C or lower and the grapes are as hard as marbles. Still frozen, the grapes are pressed, leaving a highly concentrated juice that is high in sugars and aromatics. This tea celebrates the flavor of ice wine and is a lovely compliment to any meal.

Most amazing tea I've ever had

I have never tasted anything like this before in my life. It is such a delicate, almost floral tea. I am generally not a huge fan of flavoured teas, and (gasp) put milk and sugar in them, but this one I will drink black. It is just beautiful any way you take it.
