Chapter 1: Denmark & Sweden This amazing train journey begins in Denmark at the lovely city of Copenhagen. Crossing the Baltic Sea to Sweden aboard an enormous ferry, we arrive in Helsingborg before heading off to Gothenburg. Our train then races northeast to Stockholm as it travels through the green landscape and dark forests of this long, drawn-out country. The final destination is Lulea, far to the North and close to Finland's border. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience across the majestic landscape of Sweden!
Chapter 2: Finland This country of a thousand lakes is the perfect setting for a spectacular journey of exploration by train. A beautiful steam locomotive departs from the magnificent Central Station in Helsinki and lumbers through the vast pine and spruce forests of Finland beneath a midnight sun. Our journey takes us across south central Finland to the city of Savonlinna in the heart of Finland's majestic lake district.
Chapter 3: Norway The city of Oslo is the starting point for a railway journey across Norway's magnificent landscape. Marked by snow-capped mountains and glistening fjords, this railway travels to Flämsbanen and then onto Myrday and Fläm, descending over 2,500 feet and passing through twenty tunnels before reaching its final destination, the port of Bergen.
