Loved the salmon...great price!!!

Wow...this was great salmon, huge portion in a nice gift box for a very reasonable price. The whole family loved it!

I think this product has been hurt by those who are used to eating lox off their brunch buffet with their mimosas.

I really enjoy the Smokehouse salmon. I thought the flavor was good and not too smoky. Also the brine keeps the salmon moist but not soggy and the meat is firm and flaky. The seasoning of the brine and the smokiness compliments the salmon's natural flavor without covering it up.

I store the remaining salmon in a plastic container without the brine. It makes a quick and healthy snack and I enjoy it best on wheat crackers. I'm on my third fillet and will continue to purchase the product. I was first introduced to this as a gift from my parents on their Seattle trip and was glad to find it available here on Amazon.

If you're used to having cured salmon, thinly sliced on your bagel with cream cheese...then you're looking for lox. If you enjoy smoked salmon then you'll like this product!!!

I thought it was a good product.

I ordered this product also, I bought it for my bf for x-mas. We enjoyed it and we thought it had a great taste, would buy this again.

Good Product

The salmon was actually good. The only complaint was the amount of brine in the foil pack. The product would have been a 5-star rating if not for that. But otherwise, I would not hesitate to buy again.

My second order

I've ordered this twice and have been very satisfied with the product. I purchased enough the last time to give some to friends and family members, all of whom made it a point to call and thank me AFTER they ate it. While this is not the best salmon I've eaten, it is certainly on a par with the salmon served at Bennigan's level type restaurants. At the $6/lbs price I paid, I consider it to be a bargain.
