Very rich and thick 
The product distraction says "All-natural ingredients ." I am not sure abut the . "Mono & Diglycerides and Sodium Bicarbonate" that make up the ingredients. I chose this product based on it being more natural than other products. While it is not perfect, it is much more natural than other products. The taste is wonderful. I would rather worry about the extra celeries instead of the effects of the additives put into other products.
