Large surface - doesn't tip or lift while cooking!

All my cookware is Calphalon and this is a great addition for anyone. I like the grill lines on the steaks and this is great for indoor grilling. It also catches any fat at the bottom for easy draining. It's non-stick so it has easy cleanup. Great large size can cook up to 4 medium-large size steaks. Good purchase decision and good price. This pan is wonderful! Great price. I use this pan as often as I can. Burgers, steak, chicken, and what ever else I can grill. Clean up is quick and easy.

Calphalon Always Quality

I love Calphalon products. I already had the square nonstick grill pan and bought this to keep at another house for breakfast bacon making. Keeps bacon nice and non-curled, easy to clean-up, can even take a fair amount of oven heat.
