Turkish Black Coffee is stronger than espresso, but not as bitter. Never-the-less, this hot drink doesn't go without the exotic flavor of the Turkish coffee spice blend where Cardamom powder is the main ingredient. This bouquet of spice blend includes: Cardamom, Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla powder... Just add 1 tsp for each 2 Tbsp of coffee during the brewing process.

As soon as I removed the seal from this jar, I knew I'd be happy with it. This is the perfect product to buy if you're not able to get traditional Turkish coffee ground with cardamom, but have to settle with a generic roast. It's sweet, yet spicy (think gingerbread), and reminds me of my travels in the Middle East. The only problem was that it arrived with a broken lid.

Hi,
I was diagnosed with a stomach bacteria called Helicobacter Pylori in March 2008. This bacteria is found in water and saliva. I received the regular triple therapy from my physican. Then I started researching what the heck Pylori is!! I can say it is painful and terrible.
Anyways, I had found through my research that the Mediterranean geographical area of peoples have known about Pylori since 1894 and have dealt with it through their diet, foods and nutrition. Mediterranean spices and olive oil are at the top of this list in erradicating Pylori.
I purchased Zamouri spices and they have really helped the healing process. I love this coffe additive and the spices of cloves and cinnomon are delicious! and they are great for the digestion. Helps to rid the body of bacteria too.
Zamouri spices are very fresh and nicely packed. They have fast delivery and the shipping charges are reasonable. I have tried the Zatar and Mmmm it is really good too! I started baking my own breads and using the Zamouri Mediterranean spices and the taste is so Yummy.
I do highly recommend the Zamouri Spices and other products that they carry in their store. I am now a repeat customer. Their spices are totally original and packed fresh, not old and they are of a high quality.
Every Morning I look forward to having coffee with a bit of cloves and cardamon. soooo good!! and I never tire of it.
