Spouse didn't know it's a Fluorescent!

I've been trying to slowly slide the environmentally friendly fluorescent bulbs into our home without my spouse noticing. As they are now creating bulbs that turn on without the delay this has become much easier - but this outdoor light was the big challenge. I hate the security light at the back of our house because it's set up to turn on with motion, and the dogs are always turning it on! This bulb means we're wasting a fraction of the electricity but we honestly can't see a difference in light quality.

Going Green

Really the only issue with this bulb (Its more to write it out for others that may read this than it being an issue for me.) is that it does take a few seconds to "start up" before it reaches its full brightness.I use this outside as part of my sensor lighting and I have had it for 2 months now and its been working fine.I would purchase these bulbs again.
