Suppresses appetite well. Just make sure you include a well balanced eating habits to assure great weight loss!! Exercise at 3-4x week, and 30-45min of cardio. You will do well.

Worked for me...

I just completed my 3rd bottle of Hydroxycut Hardcore. I used it for around 10 wks. I had no ill effects from it. I drank close too 1 gallon of water a day which caused me to pee alot, but besides that i felt fine. I worked out 4x a week w/ weights & combined it w/ a few other supplements, and i'm happy with my results. I did feel alittle hyper in the morning from it but i didn't mind. Works Great if Taken With Care

I started taking this product 2x (2x daily) to help me overcome a plateau in my weight loss and train for a police academy running program. Like any other product, it's not a miracle cure, and you aren't going to lose weight by taking a few pills and sitting on the couch all week.

That being said, let me tell you that this stuff will DEFINITELY improve your workout. The energy boost is amazing if taken 15-40 minutes before your workout, especially intense cardio. The first day at the gym I immediately was lifting 5-10 lbs more on every exercise and running farther than ever. The combination of huge amounts of caffeine (a common ingredient in many weight loss products) and other ingredients have a palpable effect on your body for working out. It just makes you feel like you could work out forever, even on days you'd normally be dragging.

Aside from that, I have also gone down 1 pants size just in the last 5 weeks I've been using it. I don't know the long term health effects of taking this stuff, so if you experience negative side effects such as the ones described above I would definitely consider cutting back on the dosage or stopping all together. Certain things, such as colored bowel movements, may just be a result of the stuff mixed into your waste. Think of it this way - you can see corn too lol.

Also yeah it will keep you awake so don't take it more than 4-5 hours before bed, especially if you are doing the maximum dose or have a hard time falling asleep already. In addition to difficulty sleeping, large amounts of caffeine will increase your heart rate which can make some people nervous because they can feel their heart racing.

That being said, I have had nothing but a positive experience with no negative side effects so far. Just start with the lowest dose and follow the directions before going to the maximum dosage. I stuck with 2 pills 2x daily because it helps the pills last longer and I have been satisfied with my results with that dosage, so 3x twice daily might be too much for some. The times I did take 3 I didn't have any problems though, other than feeling ready for a marathon even a few hours later on 0 sleep lol.

I'd also strongly recommend taking a few multivitamins and making sure you get enough sleep, as these can have a bigger effect on your weight loss and health than anything else. Give them a try and enjoy your hard-earned results.

Bad Experience.

When i started taking this i started loosing weight and all, but i had an increased heart rate which sent me to the hospital. If you can handle the side affects by all means try it.

Mixed Results

I know these types of products are different for everyone, but this didnt seem to do much for me. I have been taking maximum dosage but havent noticed a real impact. Other products have worked better for me "personally". I miss ephedra.
