We lightly roast half of them, to preserve their essential flavors, body and acidity, and darkly roast the other half, to add sweetness and roast notes. The result is a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. We've used this as our house drip blend and espresso since opening our doors in 1994. It's always been our top seller. world's best most delicious coffee I don't know much about coffee but I saw this on Amazon and thought I'd take a chance and give it a try. WoW! I don't think I could ever go back to Starbucks. It is really strong but with no bitterness. I have a friend who knows a few things about coffee and she was really impressed.
