These crisp caramelized chocolate biscuits imported from Belgium are delicious with coffee or tea.
Lotus biscuits are the best! 
We fell in love with Lotus biscuits on a trip to Ireland (from the U.S.) a few years ago. Last year I discovered that I could buy both plain and chocolate biscoffs and I was thrilled. They are great in lunchboxes or for after dinner, and although relatively low in calories, they are satisfying - so I don't feel the need to eat more than one to feel like I've had a nice treat. Warning: don't have them shipped to Arizona (or other hot climates) in August. It doesn't do good things for the chocolate.
Great with coffee
I love the taste of these cookies! They're great for dunking in coffee. Beware - they are addictive!
