These handy, flexible cutting boards are color coded for different food groups to minimize cross-contamination and to protect countertops. Blue for fish, red for meats, yellow for poultry, green for vegetables and white for general purposes. The flexible boards curl easily to transfer chopped food directly into the bowl, pot or pan. Each board measures 15-inches by 11-inches. Top shelf, dishwasher safe.

Great tool to have.

These are a must have for a quick surface to chop/cut on. We have tried others before that were of a different material and they weren't very good. These are great!

good product great price

they are durable but if used daily will be worn out after a year...but at this price you can replace them and not sweat it. We use them for everything and they DO protect counters without anything else underthem...they wash well, and as I said before the price is right....enjoy

Good value for the price

I wanted to wait until I had used these for awhile before reviewing them, based on the other reviews I had read. After more than 7 months I still like these as much as I did the day I got them. Our household sees less cooking than most..only a few days per week. We also do not use a dishwasher, but these are easy enough to hand wash. They live on the counter, between appliances and are out of the way, yet easy to grab. As another reviewer mentioned, I also use them to freeze items individually before packaging them up. I especially love that one board is designated for onion/garlic so that other foods do not pick up the aromas. Flexibility depends on what you were expecting. I can (using two hands) roll it up enough to put what I have chopped into the pan, but not into a funnel shape.

Bottom line - I am happy with these and will be buying more when these need replacing.

My Husband Really Likes These

This was a gift for my husband , he has taken right to them and loves them. I'm pretty picky about my Kitchen Gear and hes even worse so for him to like them really says something :)
