The Classic Accessories generator cover keeps dirt, debris and weather out of your generator motor for use in storage or on the job. Coated for maximum water resistance and repellency, the heavy-duty fabric won't shrink or stretch, and will protect your generator from rain, snow, sun damage, dust, tree sap and birds. An elastic shock cord in the bottom hem provides a slip-on, custom-like fit, and installation and removal are quick and easy. The design includes a handy integrated storage sack. Generator cover

I purchsed this cover three weeks after purchasing a 5500 generator. As the generator sat in the shed, dust collected on it - not good. Moved the generator to the garage - same situation - dust and dirt.
Now that it is covered I do not worry about the dust and dirt getting where it shouldn't get.
The cover had an attached bag on it. The cover neatly folds up into the bag when I use the generator. Neat idea and very helpful bonus.

Nice heavy duty cover

I ordered this for my 8000 watt generator and, surprisingly, it's a little loose. But I would rather have it loose than tight. Nice heavy duty fabric that falls almost to the ground which should help keep the dust off.

Just what I wanted!!!

Perfect in all respects. Great price for the item! I believe that any previous negative review about this item is because the people did not read well enough or expected a $70 value for $21. I found the item to be exactly what I needed; looks good; covers my medium size generator like it was made for it.
