Sausage is popular throughout the country, but ours is done the Southern way. That means it's a little spicier than you may be used to. Still, it's certainly not what you could call "hot". These links are great for breakfast, or you can chop them up for a caserole, a meat sauce or maybe even a shrimp boil.
