This is not hot sauce for the faint of heart. It's really hot. Just the way that I like it. And the only taste that it adds is hot peppers. Perfect to spice my Mexican dishes (and others too!).
So hot that your genitals will melt 
I still haven't received the results from my doctor as to why my genitals melted, but I would like to believe it has something to do with the heat in Dave's Ultimate Insanity. As if the "regular" Insanity sauce wasn't enough to burn on its way out the same as when it went in, the Ultimate Insanity sauce takes both digestive system (and presumably genital) pain to a new level.
Use a light hand when applying this sauce or you too will lose the jewels of your bathing suit area.
