Used Daily for 2 1/2 years and still LOVING IT!

We have 4 children ages 5 and under. We got this booster seat as a gift when I was pregnant with my 3rd child back in early 2002 and we have used everyday ever since. It is so easy to clean. It can go in the dishwasher. It is very easily adjustable. My 3 1/2 year old still fits in it. We take it if we go to friend's or family's houses for meal times. It is great because it compacts so easily and is very lightweight. We also take it when we go on vacation so the children have somewhere to sit. Our friends use it for their children when they come over too and are always saying how much they love it. I also use it to let the kids do crafts(play doh, coloring, etc) because the tray just wipes right off when they are finished. It is a great booster seat!

Grandmother Loves this Baby Feeding Chair

This is a handy, easy-to-store booster seat that is suitable for babies from the time they can sit up (5 -6 months) until they are over two.
It is easy to clean, safe and simple to box up for storage. This is a perfect item for grandparents or caregivers to have available at all times for their visits from grandchildren. It is also handy for parents while traveling. It has a handy shoulder strap that makes it easy to carry when flying, driving, camping, etc.

BETTER THAN A HIGHCHAIR

I bought this for my third child. I was tired of highchairs after having twins. They just take up so much space. I have NEVER had a problem with the back closing like other reviews said and TRUST me my daughter trys to close it. The one thing I have to say is I love how NOTHING seems to dye the color of the plastic. Not even the horrible ravioli and spaghetti stains this plastic.

Wonderful booster, don't even bother with a high chair!

I can't say enough good things about this booster chair. I have two of them, one for each of my toddlers. My only regret is that I didn't buy this booster from the get-go and avoid the high chair completely! I spent $90 on a Graco high chair that did not work well at all for my first child. So, with my second child, I used this booster from the get-go when she started solids (about 5-6 months of age in our case) and it worked just fine for a baby as small as her...even better than the high chair, in fact.

I love that you can put the tray very close to their body if you want to help avoid spilling down into the high chair, and you can also have the tray set back further for when they get bigger (there are three tray settings). It's so much less bulky than a regular high chair. It's very affordable. And best of all...no fabric or difficult-to-clean nooks and crannies! This chair is so easy to clean. Both of my girls seemed plenty comfortable in it, too, despite no soft fabric on it. In fact, they seemed much more comfy in these boosters than they did in the big padded high chair that just kind of swallowed them up when they were little.

The only reason I rated this booster chair four stars instead of five is because I wish you could boost it a little bit higher. My youngest child is 2 years old and we have the seat at the highest setting, but it's still not quite high enough to have her sit directly up to the table with us. Yes, she is on the short side, but not THAT short. Now that she's 2, we'd rather have her sitting right at the table with us than still sitting a little ways back from the table and using the tray on her booster. So, now I'm in the market for a taller booster chair. But, I have no regrets about this purchase and the Fisher Price booster has served us very well up until now. I will certainly be using it for my next baby, too, as soon as he or she start solid foods.

Almost 5 star...

This is the only high chair we have used and it's great! It is great for all of the reasons listed by others. Plus our son seems to find it comfortable.
The only downside so far is that it is completely made of plastic (not sure if any of it can be recycled?). We wanted a wooden highchair (or something eco-friendly), but this is so much more convenient and affordable than anything else we saw.
The best we can do now is take good care of it and pass it along when we are done. Reduce, reuse, recycle!
