It is mild yet tangy, creamy yet firm, with a pale interior laced with streaks of blue. Delicious served the Italian way (drizzled with honey), it is a real treat for connoisseurs. Nutty - Exta Aged Farmer Gouda is ripened for a full 18 months to develop its nutty, caramel-like flavor. It is always a crowd pleaser. Robust - Swiss Gruyere is a wonderfully versatile raw cow's milk cheese with a fruity, spicy, full flavor. Creamy - No holiday cheese assortment would be complete without authentic cheddar, and this one from Shelbourne Farms is as good as it gets. Tickled pink!

I wasn't sure what the quality or size would be. UPS had to delay the shippment a couple days due to bad weather and product still arrived cold. Packed very well with styrofoam and coldpaks. Cheeses vaccuum packed so I didn't feel like I had to eat all that cheese right away. Cheeses were sized well. Decent sized bricks and wheels. No ordinary cheeses. Things like Blueberry Stilton were the norm. Even had a cheese I had never heard of. Was a great value. I'll definately be purchasing from them in the future.

Great selection, excellent value

I severed this selection at a holiday party full of people who love exotic cheese, and these were a hit! Everyone raved about the variety, and wanted to know where I got such unusual items. When I said they were online, and metioned the price, people where shocked at the value. A similar amount of such items at a local gourmet grocer would have easily cost twice as much. Especially memerable were the Rosemary Magala and the Ginger Mango Stilton. So good, we're going to use this vender for our monthly Wine and Cheese parties.

This 4 lb 8 cheese sampler is sure to be a hit with friends and family...The taste and quality of these cheeses is superb...I have never tasted better,and its very hard to stop eating these once you take a bite...An excellent holiday gift 5 star rated.

A hiccup, a cough, and success

I did not have an easy order in that I needed it shipped to Saipan. Their customer services person said it couldn't be done, but they corrected themselves (maybe a new person on the job that didn't know) and sent the cheese. My friend was graciously thankful and I am therefore thankful as well for their services.
