Love it

This is the second Panasonic headset I've had. I replaced a much older one that I got 4 years of daily usage from, simply because I wore it out. When I replaced my first one, I originally bought a wireless plantronics headset that sounded horrible, so I returned it and saved $200 by going back to the plain, simple, and solid panasonic.

Really good for a cheapo

I've had a few headsets, and this is the best I've tried.

The thing I like most about this one is the volume control. What it allows me to do is crank the volume up on the handset and lower the volume on the headset, so that really annoying and loud "POP" generated by my Panasonic KX-TG5055 headset in my ear every time I go to make a call is muted way down.

It's light and comfortable as well, and the people I'm talking to seem to be able to hear me better.

It's a strong product for it's price.

Great Addition to Panasonic Cordless Phone

I purchased this to go with the Panasonic KX-TG6702B 2-Line 5.8 GHz FHSS GigaRange Expandable Cordless Phone System. Works great. I do a lot of work on the computer and this is a good hands-free addition.

Nice design, less than ideal.

Nice folding design, folds nice for the car. Bad is sound quality and sensitivity. The mute button needs to pressed and maintained for as long as you desire to be muted, not a switch-on-switch-off type. Like the cheaper, non-folding unit much better.

Works fine, not great

It works well enough, but it is overall unremarkable. One thing that is somewhat annoying is that you have to keep pressing on the mute button to remain mute. It can be a useful feature because you will find it difficult to forget you are on mute, but often you want to be on mute because you need to do something that requires your hands (e.g. typing on a keyboard). It also folds to some extent, but that's not a useful feature, since I cannot imagine using this headset for travel. Overall it is not as comfortable as the old one.
