For over 30 years, Hi Ho!
Cherry
-O has delighted children and parents with its simple-yet-fun introduction to counting. Children try to be first to pick their trees clean, filling their buckets with cherries. Just watch out for the dog, the bird, and the spilled bucket! Colors and parts may vary. No reading required. Includes gameboard, four cherry buckets and 40 plastic cherries.
For 2 to 4 players.
Hi, Ho Cherry-O
Seriously, who doesn't love this game?
Very tolerable by adults to play.
Teaches counting and my child still enjoys playing (she is 6) after having it several years.
If you don't have it, you should get it. It is quick and easy to play so kids don't get bored mid game.
Sure sometimes the cherries can get knocked off the tree, but my daughter figured out if you put the little stem part down inside the hole that hardly ever happens.
Recommend! It would be a good staple to your game collection.

great educational toy but be careful with the small parts
My daughter who is 3 1/2 and her cousin who is 7 had a good time playing this game together but adult supervision needed to be close at hand to help out with the concept of sharing ect. It is a great way to learn about different fruits, numbers, counting and colors. My son who is 2 and our nephew who is 3 1/2 tend to put quite a few things in their mouths so I was a little concerned and stayed right there while they were both playing the game or watching the girls play because I was concerned about the possibility of choking. All and all it is a great educational game full of great opportunities to teach the fundamentals of colors and counting as well as sharing.

Like the new various colors
We used to have my sister's kids older game and all of the cherries were red. We lost some pieces so we bought another game. The new games have four different colors. This makes it easier to keep track of the cherries. They even give a couple more of each color in case you lose some. However, just like the original game, the cherries are small so they pose a choking hazard if played around younger children.
Great Game
This game is wonderful for youngsters learning about counting and give and take! It is also available at Toys R Us for 4.99 if you are looking to save some money.
Wonderful addition to a toddler's day!

Highly Education and Highly Tedious
Let me say this game it perfect for teaching basic game rules and counting.
That said, this game is so tedious, it even bores ritualistic 3-7 year olds.
You put the cherries on the tree, you move them one by one into the bucket, and just when someone has almost picked all the cherries and the misery is almost over, you spin a dog, bird, or spilled bucket and start over again.
Utter torture.
