Best ever

This is probably the best buy I've ever made from Amazon. It is almost silent. I have it on my desk, keep it on "low" all day. It keeps the air moving & I don't even know it's on.

very quiet, yet effective.

Our second story bedroom heats up to the mid 80's in the daytime. Rather than run the HVAC, we used a swamp cooler at night positioned in front of the 20 inch window until its motor died earlier this year. Our replacement cooler was not as effective, and much noisier, so we purchased this fan. After building a small shelf to place in the window frame and sill, this fan is amazingly effective, and wonderfully quiet for overnight operation, especially at the two lowest speeds. The spinning fan guard does a great job distributing the air. It's also quite stylish, needless to say.

Great Little Fan

Bought this to use in connection with our treadmill. Like the controls being in the front as we have it on a high shelf. Working out very well and so are we!

Exactly what I needed

When I purchased this fan I wanted something that was appealing to the eye as well as small and quiet. I have this placed in my window seal in the bedroom to blow in cool air. I would have to say that this is all of the above. The only complaints that I would give it is when I have the fan tilted a certain way it stops working. I think there must be a short in the wiring.
