From the supplier: Property managers should not allow the numerous day-to-day issues that demand their attention to distract them from their obligation to understand and respond to the changing needs of the owners of investment real estate. In general, the main objective of property owners is to maximize the asset's value. It is therefore imperative for property managers to consider at all times the financial consequences of their decisions and actions. Managing from the owners' perspective requires that property managers be concerned first and foremost with optimizing the financial value of the property. Even the tasks of building maintenance and tenant management should be geared toward enhancing the property's value.
