Firm and tone quickly. Folds up agianst door for safety. Foam-covered bar for comfort and traction. Foam-lined bracket protects door. Easy to assemble.

This item is very simple and useful.
actually you may need mat for the floor at the same time.

Works Great!

Great product for the price. It works just as advertised and has given me much agony (is that a good thing?). The only thing I would change is the three inches of adjustment screw that protrude from the back of the door. Unless this was designed to be used on a ricepaper door, the adjustment rod is simply too long. However, this is certainly not a significant issue. Great product!

I really love it

I recommend it because it folds up and away yet is still very accesible. Best thing I've done for my abs- Basic situps are great and should be done with crunches in my opinion. Buy this item I reccomend it highly.
