Striking at first, but wonderful after many playings

I love Sonia's books but was not looking to buy this CD collection. I was actually looking for a BrainSync CD but since I couldn't find it I bought this instead. At first, I was mortified. It really is as a lot of people said, a bit strident, folksy and inconsistent. I was disappointed for the first 15 minutes. But when I got past the fact that it's not supposed to be an overdubbed brain wave massager, or one of those overproduced CDs that lose the character of the author when read perfectly (which sounds unemotional, sterile), I thought this, at least, does capture the authentic channeling and that's VERY VERY valuable. By CD II, I began to get into the groove. It reminded me of a Native American chant and I found myself loving both the acoustic accompaniment and the message. CD III was better. And then CD IV blew me away. It was unedited; and it was immensely powerful as Sonia stopped singing and just spoke/channeled in her guides. I went to bed, not thinking about it. Then I had this incredible dream about having more than I imagined previously; I saw a before/after view of my Self, and what gifts, the guides actually brought! Anyway, I couldn't believe the inner transformation; and I'm looking forward to their outward manifestation. So, my advice is this. Enjoy the surprises. It's not what you expect but it works. And, for me at least, I believe it's a series that will keep revealing itself over time, as I shed the layers of negativity, and, as the CD promises, I become more of my Higher Self on a daily basis. Pleasantly surprised.

So soothing, relaxing and transformational!

I have only listened to the first CD for a few nights in a row and I totally zoned out! I did fall into a deep trance, perhaps half asleep too! I felt a difference with my emotional well being right away! I feel more at peace, more alive and much more positive about my life! I am a very spiritual person anyway, so these CD's are helping to solidify all of my beliefs! I feel so much more in tune to the higher power of the universe! In some of the reviews, people are not crazy about the singing but it is really sweet! I love acoustic guitar, so I find it to be lovely! I feel great and you will too!

Relaxing but Confusing

I second Janet Boyer's reviews of this CDS. While I was excited to receive this as a gift when it first was released the tracks relaxed me but that is all they did. The chanting and singing were soothing but this take on shamanic/boddhisattva suutra energy clearing got a tad unstructured. This is a good set for actual ritualistic work but it echoed of a mish-mash of spiritual woo-woo hymns. Raising vibration is more than metaphysical work ... it is the nuts and bolts or prayer, fasting, and solid grounding in God's words. Nonetheless, this is a CD set that will relax but I disagree that it attunes your vibration. If anything, it will spiritually confuse you and quite possibly attract spirits into your energy system that may tamper with you. Choqette's is crossing a line calling on "Mother/Father God" and Holy Spirit outside the proper context of prayer and reverance and mixing it into a pagan practice of calling in spirits who may not be of God. That is my bias so ... just be aware that if this material makes you uncomfortable, it's YOUR intuition telling you something.

Good information and concept

Sonia provides good information here, and the concept is great, however the material moves too slowly and the background music is distracting and almost annoying.
