One of the best children's books ever

My three children, who are now grown with children of their own, loved this book. They delighted in pointing out things that they recognized and never tired of reading it. We still have books from when they were small, but this one fell apart from constant use. I've been looking for this book now for my grandchildren to enjoy. Richard Scarry books should never be out of publication.

Outstanding

I wish that Golden books would put Scarry's fine works on Publish on Demand, then they would see that we love all of his works, not just the recent ones. I am busy trying to repair my 1970 copy of this book so that my children can enjoy it as much as I did.

Richard Scarry's What People Do All Day

I ordered this book along w Great Big School House and Cars and Trucks and Things with Wheels (something like that). My invoice charged me for all three books but the Cars and Trucks book was not included in the package. I didn't know how to talk to anybody about the problem so my husband just asked for that book to be considered returned since we never recieved it but I have not noticed a correction. I actually would really like to have that Richard Scarry book since that was our son's favorite in his early childhood. Please let me know how this situation can be resolved. A great book

This is just the BEST book. I always bought Richard Scarry book for my boys...now it is for my Grand-daughter, who loves it.
