We absolutely love this for making hot cocoa. Even my five year old can easily do this with minimal assistance. It keeps the cocoa nice and hot as long as you leave it on. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Cocoa-Latte Hot Drink Maker,

I know this seems like a "can do with out" idea. But it is well worth the counter space. It makes the best hot chocate hands down! I bought it for a birthday party with 45 guest it kept up with the demand and then some. It now sits on my counter and is quick and easy to use.

A Great Little Cocoa Maker!!!!!

I had a real problem with some of the reviews, However I purchased the Cocoa-Latte maker anyway. I'm really glad i did. I don't know why these people are giving it such bad reviews. I think it works great! It really heats up the cocoa good. It was very hot. I had to wait a little while for it to cool down. I've had no problems with it so far. It cleans up really easy also. The two pieces do come apart. The spout is also removable. The way these people talked really made me weary of purchasing it. It's also backed by a 1 year warranty against defects. I guess you can't please everyone!!!!!So what if you can't put it in a dishwasher. People have become so spoiled it isn't funny.

Best Little Gift I Ever Received!!

I got this little gadget from my mom for Christmas last year. I was, honestly, upset that I might have to find room for one more thing....
I am so glad I did because this 'thing' is AWESOME!! I absolutely love it!! My kids and their friends love using it, too (several of the friends' parents even had to have one!!). The recipes that came with the machine are also good. Definitely worth having in your kitchen!!

You get what you pay for.

I received this item for Christmas last year and was very pleased with it for about 7-8 months. It mixed my hot chocolate well and it came out hot. The machine would turn back on every few minutes to remix the drink if you didn't turn it off right away, which I liked since I would walk away and forget that it was in there. Eventually, the hot chocolate would get burned into the bottom and because of it's design was impossible to clean. Which meant that I had to let hot water sit in it for awhile to try to get it to come off easier. Now it leaks out the bottom and the remixing feature stopped working. I used this machine almost daily and was very happy until recently. It is not very durable and won't last long.
