Family Tree new and different

This is a very different version of FTW. I was told when I called the company that I would find it a little hard to get used to. It sure is!!! I wish that the old version worked on Vista, but it does not, so I am using this, getting used to it, and finding it an excellent program, but I am finding that I can't get to the screens I use as easily. Buying it on Amazon saved me $$. I always check here first before I buy.

Great concept, poor execution

I am editing my original review (4 stars) because I feel like this software was released before it should have been. I am now giving it a 2.5 stars. I have contacted Ancestry three times because my FTM 08 crashes every time I try to add source information. I've been to told to install / reinstall the entire software program (waste of time), download a patch (still crashing), and finally, install another patch that will come out this week. Ridiculous. The merge feature is great, but completely useless to me because the program keeps crashing whenever I try to merge source information. My next step is to try and return it and get FTM 16.
