Ina's books are the BEST cookbooks you'll ever own!

I own easily over 300 cookbooks. But I find myself referring to Ina's books over all others. From cover to cover, her books are simply the best in content, quality and utter tastiness. I can't rave over them enough!

French cooking for time-crunched Americans

This cookbook makes it possible to prepare (or at least approximate) French dishes that will impress you and your family and friends. While the recipes sometimes rely on prepared foods to save you some time, the results are always pleasing. One of the seafood dishes has become a staple of dinner parties at our house. And my daughter now loves "palmiers," or elephant ear cookies, which I would never have attempted to make from scratch. Clear instructions and useful (not just pretty) illustrations make this cookbook ideal for beginners.

The recipies in this book turn out so well! They are especially easy to follow, and bring a special touch to any meal that is prepared with care. It's written in a simple yeat beautiful manner. If you love French food, this is one of the best cookbooks I've found!
