Great Crock Pot!

I like this crock pot. I haven't used the little one much, but I'm sure it will come in handy next time I'm serving a warm cheesy dip or melted chocolate. I love that the lid is clear so you can see what's going on in there. The "keep warm" feature is nice too, esp. if mealtime is later than you planned. Something kind of odd is that after you wash the crock pot and it dries there's always a white residue on it. I'm not sure what that's all about. But it's a good crock pot.

this one was bigger than what i need for everyday use. this would be great for events, or gatherings, large familys or if you just want leftovers. but this one if you need this size is awesome! cooks beautifully... my favorite new gadget. have not used smaller sauce cooker yet. the lid for that one is plastic. the ceramic dish in the 6.5 quart is removable and high quality. great buy... good deal. the packaging was TOTALLY beaten upon arrival though.... i was amazed it was in one piece.

Order cancelled - would not ship on time

So - I went to Target and bought a smaller (took hours and several visits to different stores) Rival (only brand I'll buy for that type of appliance) crockpot that turned out to be the perfect size for the intended person - AND the bonus was a carrier. HOWEVER - I did buy a Rival roaster for that family for Thanksgiving.

It is very large and easy to use. The only negative comment that I have is that it only has 3 feet on the bottom. If you press down on either side it does become unsteady and tip but not enough to fall over or spill contents.
