Heaven!

I bought 3 of these for Christmas gifts for daughter-in-laws. They were thrilled and I should have bought one for myself!

Chocolate Fun

Easy to use and is a fun entertainment activity. Highly recommended. Is very quite while running too. Enjoy!

Too much Chocolate

This product is great if you are having a large party and creates a very beautiful fountain of chocolate. However, you must use a lot of chocolate to keep the flow running and not ruin the motor. I felt like there was a lot of waste. We did freeze some of the chocolate in ice cube trays but I would prefer having a chocolate fondue pot because we would use it quite a bit more.

Works great (but only the first time!!!)

The first time was great. Easy to assemble, easy to use and delicious results, but after that it became very hard to make it work, the assembly fails to make good contact and it just doesn't turn on.

Top tier arrived melted

The product arrived defective and after melting the chocolate in a microwave, it didn't flow smoothly as it showed in pictures. Melting the chocolate in a double boiler gives you a better texture for the fountain to flow.
