You Are In Charge - Not The Sprinkler

I have used Gardena products for over 20 years. I recently purchased two 350/T large area adjustable lawn sprinklers and regret that I did not buy these items when they were first introduced in the marketplace.

The 350/T sprinkler features precise traverse rotational drum area control and an exceptional control of the spray area width. In addition a built in clock permits selection of sprinkling time from 1 through 120 minutes and a off/on valve is mounted on the sprinkler proper.

The above features permit the operator to manually select a definitive spray area in a minimum amount of time and further permit a reliable selection of sprinkling time. After using these sprinklers for over six weeks I would again purchase them if they were double the current price.

Bottom line is I am in charge of these sprinklers and the water goes where I want it to go with minimum adjustment effort accomplished at the sprinkler proper.

The Gardena products are German engineered which coupled with a precise manufacturing process results in a quality tool with exceptional reliability. I have a Gardena Aquazoom 250/1 medium area sprinkler in service that is over ten years old and functions as new.

Failure of a Gardena large area sprinkler recently ocurred after approximately 15 years of service. Four months ago this failed unit was replaced by two Craftsman units which are now presumed to be in the local landfill.

Everything I wanted!! Time will tell....

I ordered this sprinkler because i needed the flexibility to do many different sized areas of my yard. the nozzle spray width is easy to adjust even while running and goes from very narrow (straight up) to very wide. the nozzles are well made and throw the water a really great distance without having the water turned up full-blast. the sprinkler also oscillates more slowly even as you turn up the water volume and this is a plus. other sprinklers speed up the oscillation to the point it's almost funny how fast they are going.
the timer is in minutes, not inches of water so you have a better reference for how long to water.
this whole sprinkler is plastic (no metal) so be warned. it's long enough to outweigh the hose so it stays where you put it. the quick connections are all plastic too so i'm not sure how long they will last, but for now, it's quick and easy to connect.

THIS IS THE SECOND SPRINKLER OF THIS TYPE I HAVE PURCHASED. I LIKED THE FIRST ONE SO WELL THAT I PURCHASED A SECOND ONE. THE ADJUSTMENTS THAT ARE PROVIDED BY THE SPRINKLER ARE VERY USEABLE SUCH AS THE TIMMER. I RECOMMEND THIS SPRINKLER FOR USAGE IN A YARD THAT HAS AREAS THAT DO NOT NEED WATER SUCH AS THE SIDE OF A BUILDING. THIS IS A VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE PRODUCT.

Easy to operate. Adjustments allow for wide or narrow coverage. It remains to be seen how long the plastic will last out in the garden.
