I love this machine!

I love this machine. Every year they are improved. I had a bad run with them. I must have had six or seven die on me. I sent them back to the company and they sent another one, no questions asked. I have seen an improvement. I guess I was the reason. I kept getting new ones. The last one lasted me over a year. Because I do not drink coffee it is used religiously. The new one I did purchase as I felt I got my moneys worth, and it is even quieter and more efficient than the last one. I know that having to send them back sounds like a lot of trouble but I knew that with each one the company would stand behind it. I figured as long as I sent them back (especially with them having a record of when I got it) they would either improve them or keep losing money on me. I figured right. They are better than ever. You Need This

What a totally outstanding product. Everyone who sees mine, goes and buys one. This machine will blend hard packed chocolate milk mix, brown sugar, and clumps of granulated sugar (did not try sugar cubes)into the best hot drinks we've ever had. The unit cleans up nicely. I use it in my classroom and at home. I love how it periodically turns itself back on to rewarm and stir the contents.

This product is perfect. I bought one for my kids and my nephews. They all can make hot cocoa by themselves..and I use it now too. It takes a little bit to heat up but does a good job and is great!!

seems like a good gift

I gave it as a gift so I cannot fully review, but the product came on time

Its not just Hot Cocoa...

This Christmas my mom sent this to our family. Like with a lot of gifts we get each year, I was happy mom was sending gives but hated the idea she was wasting money on something like this. You take it out of the box and the first thing that comes to mind is playsckool all over again and the easy bake ovens. But I was quite surprised at what came out. It makes a really good hot cocoa and chai tea. My only concern is that it is another appliance on the counter. We have so many right now and to have this one there too, almost becomes too much. If your single or a small family, it fine. But for what it does, its not all that. You could heat up milk in the microwave and get the same effect. Hope that helps someone. I wouldn't buy it, but for the price, its a nice gift for someone that likes a hot cocoa once in awhile.
