THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY MOTHER-IN-LAW....SHE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH IT....I ALSO BOUGHT ANOTHER FOR MY SISTER WHO THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY UNIQUE....OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED...ALTHOUGH WHEN ORDERING, PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHIP DATES....I DIDN'T AND THE ONE FOR MY SISTER ARRIVED AFTER MY VISIT TO HER, SO I DID NOT GET TO SHARE IT WITH HER..BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT....I ORDERED A THIRD ONE FOR MYSELF

Numi's Bouquet Bamboo Gift Set with nine flowering teas is the very best gift set I have ever seen. I love to watch the tea flower in the clear glass tea pot right before my eyes. I keep the beautiful bamboo box out on a tea table with the tea pot and cups as part of my decor. Numi tea has replaced all the tea in my house and I offer tea to everyone that visits. Numi tea is more than tea it is a whole new experience, especially the flowering teas which are so fragrant and delicious as well as healthy for the body mind and spirit. This is a lovely gift. It makes tea time an aesthetic experience and feels like a mini trip to the spa. The beauty of the flower opening, the aroma of the fragrant tea and the warm liquid create a multi-sensory moment of pleasure.

Good tea; poor tea pot

I gave this as a gift to my mother; when she poured hot water into the little glass pot that comes with the set it cracked from the temperature shock. The water wasn't even boiling. We used a clear Pyrex measuring cup; not as aesthetic, but it can take the heat.

The tea tastes very good, so it still has that going for it. The flavors are not the usual ones you see in the grocery store, but they have some very interesting and subtle things going on in them.

It might be best to buy just the tea on it's own, and find some other clear pot.
