Great Iron, can't get better for home/small business use.
I really like this, semi-industrial model. I use to work with the industrial irons before and this one has almost as much steam as the
pro
fessional one. So, if you cannot afford to buy another larger
boiler
to stay in your house, this model would be just perfect!
It does as promised!
I was looking for a steam generating iron to go the distance when
ironing
a variety clothes/fabric types and this does it. The large reservoir is key, as some regular irons are great but run out of water too quickly. The iron itself is quite light. I still keep my Rowenta on hand for quick jobs, but when it comes to needing to iron through a pile of clothes, this
DeLonghi
does the trick. I can get the crisp and starched look and feel without picking up a can of the stuff.

Best Iron I have owned!
I love steam generating irons but had a bad experience with my prior iron. I bought a Euro
Pro
steam generating iron and after about two years it stopped steaming. I thought it should have lasted a lot longer. I contacted HSN, the company I bought it from, and complained. They passed the buck to the manufacturer. When I finally got the manufacturer to respond they wanted me to pay to ship the iron to them and pay for repairs. The Euro Pro iron was a bad investment from the start: It needed distilled water and, after I had trouble with it,I learned that the iron had a history of problems that the manufacturer did not address.
The

Compact
PRO 300 Iron is a joy. It works beautifully and uses tap water. I researched the product and company and bought the iron because of the warranty and features. So far so good...

It has a lip!
I love this iron, hot, lots of steam, 3 year warranty. The only
pro
blem is that it has a lip on the surface where the iron is set so that the iron won't slide off. It takes a bit to get used to it, but once you do - it's a great iron. Would recommend it to my quilting friends!
a very good iron
very happy with the iron, big difference in
ironing
compare to a regular steam iron.
it only could use a bigger watertank.
