amazing invention

my son (19 months) was terrified to sit on public toilets until we started using this. i love that he can hold the handles without touch the toilet. we decorated it with his favorite character stickers to make is fun.
i love it so much i bought it for three friends that are potty training their lil ones. they love it too.
the only complaint i have is that there is not a deflector. if you have a boy, you have to make sure its pointed down otherwise he will pee all over the back of his pants.

I think this product is worth buying. It does exactly what I need it to do - keep my daughter off of nasty public toilets. With this seat she can't touch the toilet seat with her hands either. I have had no problems with it pinching her or it not fitting any toilet I put it on. It comes with a little zip up plastic bag for carry, that is easily replaced if need be, or you can get a washable cloth one. To make this seat appeal more to my daughter I let her "decorate" it with her favorite stickers and we haven't looked back since. Great buy.

Pleased with this product

The potty seat does what it's supposed to, and is much better than having your little one sit on a big, dirty public toilet. The only thing is that it's tricky to use with boys, because you have to make sure that he's aiming down into the toilet and not onto the toilet seat and his own legs.

Since our annual trip to see family coincided with what I thought was the early steps of potty training, I needed something to encourage my son to continue. Rather than "take a break" from training, I wanted to be able to offer him a sit on the potty. This product folds (and opens!) easily and quickly enough for my almost 3 year old son to do it himself and folds small enough to fit in our diaperbag. It also provides a sturdy seat for the potty and has just the right hole size (my son is very observant of that in particular). The one feature that needs inprovement, at least for boys, is a way to shield urine from the front and direct it into the potty. For now, we're reminding him to point things into the potty and stay prepared for clean ups.
