Wireless Thermometer

After trying several different wireless thermometers I have finally found one that does what you buy a thermometer for, large easy to read numbers that can easily be seen across the room and it is
accurate, simple to use, and easy to understand.
I have tested the Taylor 1456 against several other "leading brands" and it can't be beat. I threw out all
the other wimpy t/m in the house and motorhome and replaced them throughout with the #1456.
My wife always had a problem trying to figure out the inside and the outside temperatures and no longer
is this a problem. Very, happy with the Taylor #1456.

Excellent Value

Where we live in New Mexico the daily temperature swing is twenty to thirty degrees. Being able to glance at the large numbers (without my glasses) so I know how to dress for my morning walk is convenient.

The unit performs beautifully and the price is appropriate.

This was the second wireless thermometer I tried, the first one eating batteries and having an inconsistent connection between the remote and base units.

This one performs as advertised. The wireless signal is strong, the LCD display is large and easy to see from across the room.

The only drawback, as pointed out by another reviewer, is that the display is difficult to read in low light.

The first one I received was defective, but Amazon replaced it promptly!

Well done

I have been using remote digital thermometers for about ten years now and this one was as simple to set up and get operating correctly as any I've had. I would buy it again, if it ever became necessary.
