Good movies to start you're collection...

These are the very films that I grew up with-that I am growing up with. Ever since I got these movies I got a tone of information. She-Wolf of London was in it's own sense a movie with "Sherlock Holmes" theme. The Wolf Man films starring Lon Chaney Jr. are excellent. Alot of people don't get the hidden message in it, Me and a couple of other friends found a ton of stuff about it. My favorite scenes definatly where the wolf man goes into an insane fight while a flood is coming. And When Sir John Tablot and The Wolf Man Fight. Werewolf of London has aspects and themes from Dr. Jekkyll and Mr. Hyde. I think it's one of the best werewolf films. Here's my werewolf collection...

WOLF MAN LEGACY

I purchased this for a work colleague. This title is not available in the UK. The comments from the now owner of this title is "Great films and good compilation that anyone who likes Werewolf films would enjoy".

Please bear in mind, review reader, this person lives and breathes Horror films so if he says good I believe him.

When the moon is full i turn into a wolf

Lon Chaney's wolf man hit a spot in my mind i thought no other werewolf film would do other than underworld,,for a man of my taste how can i fairly judge these 2 great werewolf films..I came to this conclusion: this is my own idea i thought of to help me connect this awesome movie with the underworld films..well considering that Chaney was bitten by a wolf (Bela) i came to the conclusion that Chaney could not fully transform into a wolf, just a half wolf half man. And the wolfs in underworld was caused by a virus that fully transformed the person infected into a savage beast.But please don't get me wrong the halfmanwolfs also have super strength and can run really fast and jump really high,,like the remake wolf demonstrated to us.

In my own conclusion to become a halfmanwolf you have to be bitten by a regular 4 legged mystical normal looking wolf..then that person bitten bites other people and turn them into halfmanwolfs...To become a savage underworld wolf you have to bitten by another wolf infected with the virus..The origin of the virus is unknown(Maybe Dr Frankenstein created it when he was playing god and accidentally leaked out....i'm going way ahead of myself here);;lol So all in all my friends i have found another number one film,,in my werewolf catogory..that goes by the name of "The Wolf Man"

More than I expected!

The original Wolf Man and Frankenstein Meets The Wolf Man were really the only reasons why I purchased this boxed set. The other movies were o.k.

a great set of movies

For the lover of classic monster movies, this DVD set is a must see. I absolutely loved The Wolf Man, Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, and Werewolf of London. (I shut off The She-Wolf of London half way through because it was rather boring.) The documentary about Universal's werewolf movies was very interesting and fun. This set provided for several hours of great entertainment
