A 60s Treasure
One
of the better shows of the 60s, Alan Young and the gifted trainer of that horse made this work. Excellent supporting cast
including Connie Hines and neighbors (Larry Keating and Edna Skinner in the earlier episodes) and Leon Ames and Florence MacMichael in the later ones.
Ed is a horse who is as stubborn as a mule with some hilarious situations. Very good use of guest stars such as Clint Eastwood, Zsa Zsa Gabor and George Burns in this set, and the amazing Mae
West in the 2nd

.
This should just be seen and enjoyed. A keeper from the golden age of TV!

This show has withstood the test of time and continues to amuse adults as well as children. I'm still trying to find the entire season

The Best of Mister Ed--Volume One
What a wonderful show Mr. Ed was. Every episode was funny and original and you get 21 of them in this series.
Worth every cent and more and I will watch them over and over again.
mr ed
I always loved watching Mr Ed when it was on tv so it's nice to be able to watch it anytime I want to. I love it.
Really funny!!
We own the first season and the second season, and they are both really funny. I think the neighbors in the second season are actually funnier. My dad thinks they are hilarious. Only we got these a year ago,and then a few weeks ago we got Francis the Talking Mule. They definitely got their ideas from that, like crossing his legs and wearing glasses. Only my dad thinks francis is funnier because he talks to other people. In Francis goes to the races, he accidently gets shot, and when the vet is digging the bullet out he turns his head and says" What are you doing, digging a sewer? My dad thought that was SO funny!! We all laughed so hard we had to go back becuase we missed it!!
