Great for those that are hard of hearing

I am hard of hearing these headphones are clear and have a volume control, a must have.

Finally headset which works

After trying headset from renowned brand which was as good as nothing (because it introduced such a terrible noise that the remote party had to hang up) I tried this and it finally works with my Linksys SPA921 VoIP phone. The voice quality is clear. The headband can be folded so it saves space on the table.

Used this for years

I have had this for about four years now. It is very comfortable and sounds great. I just ordered another one because the side earpiece fell off of my old one. I can't stand making calls now without using it. I would definitely recommend this.

Decent headset for the price

This headset, used with a cell phone, works pretty well. The sound quality is good, though I wish the volume could be increased more. I use it at the maximum volume setting and when there is noise around me it becomes difficult to hear. The people I speak to say that they can hear me clearly with no problem.
