The price simply cannot be beat.....

Pros:

$9.99 for 3
Easier to sanitize than wood (If you have a dishwasher, these are dishwasher safe. Wood is not.)
The softness means your good knives will not dull.

Cons:

The thinness of the boards (1/2") causes the largest board to warp.

I took a look at what was out there. 'Cook's Illustrated' recommends checking out a restaurant supply store since the 1/2" thickness of these boards (even the expensive ones) for home use is almost a standard. However, you will pay more than twice as much (for just 1).

Amazing, Simply Amazing

the purchase of these cutting board has certainly lifted my spirits, my partner usually cut on the counter we have had to replace the counter top twice, I have told him about cutting boards but to no avail would he purchase them, now I have 3 and they are used all the time.

Great Product

We love the convenience and ease of use of these cutting boards. Our only complaint is that the largest board (most appropriate for meats, etc.) has no groove to catch and hold juices. Otherwise, these boards are very useful, light, and sanitary!
