Durable and Reliable Track Record

For Christmas, we replaced our 20-year old Zojirushi air pot with a brand new, shiny Zojirushi Panorama Window Micom Electric Dispensing Pot. We could have changed the seal and chipped out the calcium, and the air pot would have probably lasted another decade or so.

But we liked the coating, and descaling mode on the new pot. The temperature display and timer are nice new features, as is the electric pump.

If you are in the market for a hot-pot, this is the one to buy. You can buy less expensive pots; but, you won't get the reliability and durability you would get from this exceptionally well made Zojirushi pot. By the way, it also looks nice.

Hot Water Pot

It works quickly and well and allows me to make several pots of tea w/o refilling and reheating. I have only two minor quibbles: it takes up a lot of space on the counter and it has no on/off switch. Neither is a reason to not buy this product.

A Star Machine

I first discovered these Zojirushi hot water heaters because they were using them in all my hotel rooms in Japan - a constant, ever-hot source for hot tea - or any other product requiring boiling water.

I'm a tea snob - I like the water boiling hot and throwing it in the microwave never works for me - these machines stay ready for immediate use and are extremely convenient. They also work for powdered soups, ramen, hot chocolate or cider mixes; I write and often stay late at my computer so keep one hooked up right at my desk - perfect for an immediate pick-me-up!

I'm so impressed with Zojirushi that I'm going to buy their fuzzy logic rice steamer next. I gave a second hot water dispenser to my Mom at Christmas and I'm thinking of giving one to my hairdresser - she's been making tea using her coffee pot which is a very clumsy arrangement - this would be much better! Also the Z. always outperforms the hot water option on those spring water dispensers - the Zojirushi can reboil the water and tea steeps properly.

Super Handy!

I love my Zojirushi Electric Dispensing Pot. It just sits there 24/7 ready for me to make a cup of tea - or whatever. All I have to do is fill it when it gets low. What could be easier?? No more waiting for the pot to boil and then pour and then wait again!! You won't go wrong with this one!
