I love this book!

Once again, easy, fun, beautiful food! A joy to cook Ina Garten's recipes!

Every dish has turned out great

I admit to being a cook book junkie. There are cook books I enjoy reading before bed and those I actually use quite a bit. This is one I use over and over and every dish has been excellent. Ina has made everything simple to prepare and includes 'make ahead' tips. Highlights include the Chicken with Morels, Rosemary Cashews, Cous Cous and any of the desserts. This is food you will actually make and appreciate the ease of it.

Excellent, not "out-there" recipes - but great, simple food!

I don't like typical French food - heavy sauces and meals - but this is nothing like that. Ina takes the best qualities of French cooking - fine quality and simplicity and makes something absolutely gourmet. You just will love the simple roast chicken to the soups (and salads, and side dishes, oh - yeah, and desserts!) Bon apetite!
