Useful change is impossible 
...unless you understand what has gone wrong. Ron Paul does and speaks to the VERY pressing issues. It's hard to "not get it" after Dr Paul covers it. It's a fast read.
Buy a copy (or two or three) and give as gifts to your friends or family who voted for the politicians who endorse: the bailout/extending the empire/deficit spending, etc.
More people have to learn what exactly has gone wrong in this country and what is needed. And then we need them to have the courage to start voting differently than they used to. It's still not too late!
The mainstream media and the political establishment have let our society down shamefully by their continued refusal to discuss serious issues honestly. Clearly, it's now up to an informed citizenry to spread the word. The Revolution has started.

Never was a Ron Paul fan until I started studying about ALL the presidential candidates & had Paul recommended to me...........In reading his book , he's so much like mainstream America & so unlike Capitol Hill , he has no chance to ever win because he just won't play their games........Very knowledgeable on economics , foreign policy , our constitution , the past history , present , & potential for collapse ! Fast read , but VERY informative , you'll jump on his band wagon if you were leaning before , unfortunately , the race is already run & Obama is our next president , but Ron Paul should be a KEY advisor (even though he's a Republican) to Obama's cabinet !

I don't agree with everything Dr. Paul has laid out in this book, but the vast majority of it is splendid. He gave his thoughts on a variety of subjects, while explaining how change is needed to preserve the United States. There is no need for a lengthy review. All I can say is read this book, especially if you're worried about the direction in which the country is headed.
