Very Convenient

I am very pleased with this item. I plan on purchasing more in the future to give as gifts. It is easy to use and clean. I also have enjoyed trying some of the recipes that came with it.

Great little machine

I will agree that you should clean it as soon as you are done, but otherwise this is a great little machine. It makes hot chocolate lightning fast. I use it with Ibarra mexican chocolate, which is usually tedious, heating the milk, grating the chocolate, etc. I put cold milk and the Ibarra wedges in and turn it on. In less than 5 min. I have yummy hot chocolate! I have used it at several parties and it has been a hit. Great gift for the chocoholic in your life!

Grandkids love it.

I bought this for some of our grandchildren. From their report they love it. Mom has to buy more milk because of it. I haven't seen it or used it yet. Guess good lattes also.

OK hot chocolate but not the solution

I bought this because i've been trying for years to make a gourmet cup of hot chocolate at home... with ease..
this machine is ok.. but it's not the kind of chocolate that one thinks.. i'd really like a cup of that..
we later discovered.. our answer..
scald cup of milk in microwave
put hot milk in Magic Bullet cup
add 2 squares of good dark unsweetened chocolate.. like Lindt's.. add level tsp sugar
pulse the hot milk in Magic Bullet.. 20 secs at time.. for several pulses..
it's as good as Starbuck's to my palate..
caution with slight increase pressure from blending hot milk.. that's why we pulse it..
