Peaceful Way to Start and End Your Day

This is an excellent resource for those wanting to connect with your Angels on a daily basis. This is also extremely helpful for those who are particularly sensitive in today's world. The first meditation is how to start your day, balancing your sensitive energy centers, called chakras, that are located up and down your spine. The Angels assist in this process and it really brings you an amazing start to your day. My favorite is the second part of the cd. It is a meditation to listen to at the end of the day. It helps you release the day and rebalance your chakras after the lessons you've learned throughout the day. I typically fall asleep within the first couple of minutes of the meditation, which is fine, because your subconscious will still be listening to the cd and will process the information. I never have a problem falling asleep now, because I feel like I am tucked in by the Angels. It includes asking the Angels to bless all four corners of your home and protect you throughout the night. Can you think of a better way to fall asleep? I highly recommend this CD to all of my clients when they are working toward their connection to their Angels.

WONDERFUL

This book makes chakra clearing easy and fun. Doreen Virtue includes nutrional tips too which are important because what we consume has a lot to do with our energy thus affecting our chakras and aura. Also, when we eat a clean diet, it is easier to percieve messages from our Angels. This book is tastefully put together and very interesting for an a well balanced introduction to chakras. The CD is a wonderful meditational tool.

Good job

I'm into metaphysics so I found this CD very helpful to me as I begin my day and end it. Most of the time, I fall asleep before the tape ends but it's all good. I feel bad if I miss a day because I want to pay more attention to my energy points and create a better life for myself. This tape helps me go within so that I won't go without. I loved it. I also got Laws of Attraction by the Hicks. Together my life is gradually moving in the direction in which I intend. Also, don't let me forget Kelly Howell's Brain Sync CDs, they are da' bomb also. I recommend this CD to anybody wanting a change in their present circumstances.
