than I expected. Great information and comparisons of
food
at many restaurants, plus good eating habit info. Excellent read!
Best Diet Book
I really enjoy
this
book because it really tells
you
that
even some of the so called 'healthy'
food
s
can
be
not
so healthy. It breaks down menus at restraunts and what is a better choice without having to completely avoid eating out. My whole family likes this book even my grandma loves it, it has useful informationa and the style of writting in the book is great for reaching out to teenagers and even adults. I really loved this book.

Useful but not complete
I think the idea of putting a book like
this
together is great. I like the way it is organized--very visual BUT despite the extensive list of various places to eat the menu choices were
not
as numerous. Some of the items on the menu I have ordered in the past and it was useful to know how bad or good it is for me. However, at times I found
that
I could not find my menu item so I didn't know how bad or good it was for me. Anyways, I guess an updated version or online version could be
more
complete. Either way a good reference and a great effort to get the public's attention about our fast-
food
lifestyle.

I like the book and the comparisons. I just wish there were
more
restaurants listed or
that
one would be published for different parts of the country because we don't have many of these places that are in the book. Plus we have many other different restaurants
not
listed. But it does give
you
a general idea of what you are eating when you select certain things.
