I liked the fact that this book is small and a quick read. My favorite part is the tables in the back that show a listing of all foods and whether or not they are okay to eat in phase 1, 2 or 3. It's sort of an "in a nut shell" perspective and makes it really easy. I love the book and love the diet!

I use this book constantly to make decisions on what I should and should not eat. I am not following the "diet", but a low carb, low fat life style, and this book has it all. I would not be without it. I also have the book covering restaurant foods. Easy to follow and interesting.
