For the complainers and villifiers out there

Regarding Samantha Castro's (and other's) repeated protestations:

I'm sorry but this really comes down to semantics. While some persons (such as Ms. Castro) would refer to Vitale's references to other author's (or his own) books, movies, etc. as "advertisements", my professors would refer to these references as him quoting the sources he's using as proof for supporting his claims and propositions.

I read your previous comments, and decided to think for myself anyway. After reading this book, I don't see advertisements, I see sources quoted. He's not just making random claims based on his opinions. Is that so wrong? If you're still not sure, just spend a saturday perusing it at the bookstore before you decide to buy and you lose nothing, right?

Plus, he even writes on page 43 that he doesn't expect you to need anything else to achieve what he is trying to help you achieve here. He says The Key was written as a stand alone tool. What kind of advertiser would tell you to buy nothing else?

As to it being filled with blank space. I'll admit, this is not a Norton's Anthology of American Literature. But it IS filled with pages and pages worth of only good material that adds to the book without becoming redundant. Brevity is not a crime, it is a talent. One that I am still working on cultivating myself (it's not going so well as you can see!).

There is an excellent index, too. I love lengthy indexes! They make hunting down the topics you're most interested in finding a breeze, right? Check it out on Amazon by clicking the "Search inside this book" link below the photo of the book cover.

Everybody should read this book twice, you feel the power and enthusiasm
of the author.

Some great clarifications and concepts

If you are a fan of The Secret but have ever found yourself frustrated because you don't feel like you quite get the results you hope for -- this is a great follow-up book. Providing some further insights and answers to questions Joe Vitale is asked regularly, I had some definite "ah ha" moments while reading his answers. Other concepts are covered as well in an easy to read writing style -- I'd recommend it!

Very inspirational book, I want this to work for me! Easy reading, definately explains more about the secret. Opens up self awareness.

putting it all together

Joe Vitale has brought the most effective transformational tools together in one book. Althought the information is not new, it is a great reminder and makes for easy access to a great deal of conscious building tools.
